From all your freight
to exactly what you need.

Start with a date range, or search directly by connote, barcode or reference. Then narrow the results by status, carrier or sending business to match the question you’re answering.

EXAMPLE · FOLLOWMONT

One carrier.
A focused view.

Type “followmont” in the Filter field to narrow the loaded results to matching freight. See the consignments you want without opening another carrier website.

Useful when

You’re checking incoming freight with a particular carrier or preparing a targeted follow-up.

Filter: followmont
The dashboard filtered to Followmont, showing 10 matching consignments.
The Filter field refines the results already loaded on screen.
Have a specific delivery in mind?

Use Connote / ref / barcode to search by the identifier you have. Use the separate Filter field to refine the loaded list by text such as Followmont, Nolan or Winc.

03 / KNOW WHERE TO FOCUS

Spot the exception.
Understand the context.

Select the Exception status filter to bring consignments needing attention into view. Hover over a status or alert indicator to see more context about what is happening with the freight.

Awaiting Pickup!Example: Awaiting Pickup · Stage 0 of 4 · ETA Dec 10, 2025 · Overdue · Tail Lift · status ManifestedHover or focus for context

In the example, the tooltip adds the freight stage, ETA and an overdue flag. That context helps your team decide what to monitor and what to follow up.

The benefit: spend your effort on the deliveries that need it, with the consignment details ready for a more useful conversation.

04 / GO BEYOND THE TRACKING LINE

One consignment.
The detail behind it.

Open a consignment to check the information behind its status. Move between proof of delivery, shipping units and event milestones to answer the next question.

Proof of delivery
Proof of delivery document in Cario showing received-by information, delivery time and signature.
“Delivered with POD” signals that delivery evidence is available. Open the Proof of Delivery tab to view it.

ETAs, tracking events and PODs reflect the information supplied to Cario. A delivered status may appear before a POD is available.

05 / MAKE THE VIEW WORK FOR YOU

Your priorities.
Your column order.

Set up the dashboard around the way your team works, then take the data into your operational workflows.

Bring key details forward

Drag column headers into the order that suits you. Keep the details you check most—such as ETA, status or carrier—towards the front.

Find the largest deliveries

Click a column header to sort. Sort by item count to identify larger consignments and help your team prepare for receiving.

Put the data to work

Use Export to download a CSV for reporting, operational checks or import into your own spreadsheets and integration workflows.

YOUR NEXT STEPS

Know when it lands.Plan your team around it.

Deliveries are now visible before they arrive, so you can match your staffing to the drops instead of guessing.

Take the portal tour again
  • Have your login ready. Your assigned portal link, store or dealer code, and password.

  • Book your training. Make sure your managers and team are rostered into their session.

  • Plan your day around the drops. Check the portal each morning, then line up rosters, breaks and put-away with when freight actually arrives.
